Ooooo..aku dpt satu assignment baru dr 'nobody'...kne buat RP @ Proposal @ Kertas Kerja tentang tanaman serai.

Actually..setelah buat kajian dan meneliti sume maklumat psl serai yg aku search kat Google (memg Google sgt berguna tuk search maklumat), aku bt kesimpulan yg tanaman serai ni memg bgus..even sesape yg tanam kat tanah 1 ekar pun dah boleh untung..kalo tanam belakang rumah tu boleh pki tuk main masak-masak n halau nyamuk (yes; serai sgt guna tuk halau nyamuk)..so sesape yg rase rmh korg ade potensi tuk dpt penyakit aedes (bukan AIDS) @ chikungunya, tanam la serai kt halaman rumah...dalam rumah (tanam dalam pasu) pun xde mslh..asalkan korg boleh tahan bau serai. Opps..dah terkeluar tajuk.

Dan sebenarnye (Yuna nyanyi ; no 1 carta hot fm...hehe), bile cari maklumat ni n bc testimoni org yg bt serai, pulangan tuk 1 ekar serai boleh dpt 200 %..tu ok pe...modal permulaan RM 1,200, hasil dpt pas 3 @ 4 bulan. So pastu just kuar duit tuk maintain je (beli baja n bla bla bla)..so, ape pendapat korang. Dan yang pasti, kalo korg rase nak tanam serai, jom kte bt kerjasama.....heheheee..

Rumah..oh...rumah.....
Mak tua ckp rumah tu aset kite..kite beli rumah tu, kte duduk rumah tu...patut beli awl2.. nt dah puluh tahun, harge rumah naik pangkah gande @ kali ganda...hehehe..bukan pangkah untuk pertempuran kawasan 2 bukit & 1 batang...ehem ehem :-]. Tapi tiap bulan kne kuar duit untuk maintain aset tu..kalo xde duit, aset tu boleh jd tukar milik...mcm budak dpt mainan, kalo xjage elok2 nt kne kasi kat org lain..hehe....btl ke? Tp mslhnye kalo harga naik sekalipun, kadar inflasi tetap naik..adekah kenaikan harga rumah berkadar langsung dengan kadar inflasi sekarang? Mintak beri pandangan.

Mak muda @ mak madu plak cakap beli la rumah byk2.....pastu sewa kat org lain..hutang rumah, tp org yg sewa tolong byrkan....baiknye hati penyewa tu...they should awarded for their kindest..for their humble..bla bla bla...hehe. Kalo hutang bulanan tiap rumah RM 400, tp rumah sewakan ngan harge RM 450....alah...sikitnye untung....ape kes. Tapi mak muda suh beli byk2...dapt 10 biji rumah tuk 3 tahun pertame tu mak muda ckp ok pe...kire2 bulanan dpt 500 tuk rmh2 tu....fuyuu....gomen pun xkan kasi duit byk tu kt kite..sy bukan along, sy tolong org tuk kasi tmpt berteduh :-). so...whats ur option?

13.2.09...oooo..hari sgt sejarah untuk hidup aku...syukur aku still hdup lagi. kalo ajal aku tiba mase tu,mgkn korg xkan knl mayat aku..huhu..i'm so glad..syukur ya Allah..aku kne menghargai hidup aku ni.

kul 11 pagi hari jumat tu, aku g bank..tgh pecut nk potg treler kat jln 2 line (hway la katekan)...ooo,ntah semena2 gergasi tu g tgh jln xbagi signal....oh, GOD......what should i do, emergency brek smbl m'hampiri divider jalan..keadaan tgh kritikal ms tuh...msk bwh lori or gesel ngan divider....ingat boleh lalu kat sblh divider je..tp gergasi tu dh dkt..nak x nak, kne la jtuh skit kt divider..drpd msk bwh lori,bek aku jtuh...tapi aku lpe, x terpikir satu bende..jln seblh plak bw laju2 dan kalo aku lps boleh kene gesek ngan kete or lori yg bw laju. aku syukur yg aku jtuh kat pokok2 kecik kat situ....bgus tul la sape yg tanam pokok2 tu kt sne..aku nak ucap thanx kat diorg,tp aku xkan tau..pokok tu bt aku terhenti kat situ drpd bergolek ke seberang jalan...kalo aku dh smpi ke seberang jalan, mau berkecai badan..thanx to Allah.

Drpd temui ajal, Allah dah gantikan dengan kecederaan yg sgt minima..bengkak kat belakang bdn jer..walaupun smpi skrg aku stil sakit lagi, tp nikmat hidup yg aku dpt lagi besar....xbt periksa hospital lagi, hope xde retak tulang la.

Tuk someone special tu, aku memg xcerita pun psl ni..bt pe nk cerita kalo kitorg bkn kapel pun, aku je yg anggap camtu. maybe die xde pape perasaan kt aku..ni ayat emosi seh...hehehe.

bahagia? emm..memg aku bahagia..ade kwn2 n family2 yg setia wish besde kat aku..n someone special too :-) eh,ni dah terkeluar tajuk ni..hehe.

ni bkn tujuan post aku..actually, aku saje nak share yg aku dh bahagia sbb dah berjaya bebaskan diri sndr dari financial struggle..hehe..tahniah tuk aku, bro....high self-esteem, tp bukan sombong. pertame, aku dah ganti kereta aku dgn moto..jimat giler ni, tp bkn jadi org giler..hehe..prinsip aku,u should have debt..but good debt not bad debt..hutang yang boleh buat duit..nmpk simple tapi susah nak apply..ni org panggil leverage...hasil yg dpt byk drpd bende yg sikit (less). aiseymen, kaco line tol..org urut dah kol..mintak dtg awl..huhu..see u soon...adios.

hepi belated besde tuk aku

aku jd org paling last wish besde tuk aku sndr. 'hepi belated besde yg ke 24'..hehehe. dah 3 hari aku lmbt wish tuk sndr...yg paling best, sbb pas bday aku, mcm2 jadi...demam selesema, moto terbabas elak treler..hehe..merempit jugak aku ni..wek..tp seb bek rini xjd pape..i'm d lucky one sbb xjd pape yg lbih buruk kt aku, n aku still boleh update blog ni :-) tp yg pasti, xde makne serik naik moto. ayap ngan ADP xkan dipisahkan..hahahaha

Hijrah

Minggu ni aku melakukan sejarah yang aku x pernah buat..yang aku yakin kebanyakan orang x akan buat (agak sedikit bongkak bila buat pengakuan ni..hehe). Sepatutnya dah lame bende patut buat. patut buat 2-3 bulan lepas lagi.

Kereta viva aku mcm gmbr kat atas ( ops..silap letak gmb), yg x seberape byk byrn bulann akan tukar hak milik..mean aku dh x mempunyai kereta (papa kedana ke). Aku tinggalkan keselesaan ni untuk hidup mewah utk j/mase pnjg. Walau x mahal (sekitar RM 380 sebulan) tapi bila bt kira2 tuk compound interest (aku xtau istilah dlm b.melayu) memg buat mate terkeluar ( tapi x boleh msk 'guiness' world record). Sume org nak hidup selesa tp aku impikan yang lebih dari tu..aku nak hidup mewah. Bukan mksd boros or belanje suka hati tapi hidup tanpe perlu pikir mslh duit kalo ekonomi gawat mcm sekarang ni.
