Tapi itu bukan isu kt sni...just nk tny je....kalo jd bos, sanggup x kasi duit or 'good' kt employee byk camtu??

Depend ikut situasi.
1. Employee tu dh kerja lame ngan aku ( tanpa die, cmpany x smooth)
2. Employee tu byk sumbg tuk keuntungan company aku ( let say dpt untung 1 juta sbb die, y not give that much mney to them as appreaciate)
3. Org tu master mind. ( otak geliga)
4. Bahagian marketing ( that's seksyen yg sgt penting)
5. Akauntan sndr ( ngape? jeng..jeng..jeng)



Korg plak cmne?? jgn kedekut bile jadi bos..korg kasi budi kt org lain, nt dibalas ngan 'ape2' yg hati hajat...
